Good work on a Twine interactive story - it's great to see so many being made for this jam! I like how this short story uses a really neat thing I've seen in Twine which is where links are used to expand and elaborate on the meaning of words integrated into the story. I think leaving the cause of what you've done ambiguous was a good way to leave the horror up to the interpretation of the reader. Thanks for contributing!

Ouch. I feel slightly taken advantaged of but also extremely guilty. Good job.

I really like this! The atmosphere is great and it's just short enough to leave you wondering. Well done.

Interesting narrative! It was a good choice to let the players fill in the blanks about what happened.

Very quintessential Twine game, comfy and fun with a very personal feel. It felt like an open sentence fragment of a story, never caving into giving you the details needed to patch a narrative together. It's a flash of a feeling without getting caught up on things outside the scope of that feeling. Is the family really dead? Or are they dead to you for something you or they said or did? Are you outside trying to regain control of yourself or because you lost control? This tiny story isn't interested in answering this question as much as it is interested in exploring that emotion.

One nitpick I have is that it seemed to flash the default Harlowe color scheme at me for a split second every time I clicked a link. I've never used the Harlowe story format so I don't know if that's something that can be changed or if it's an issue on my side.

It happens on my side too and I actually have no idea why, I'll try looking into fixing it after awhile. Though I feel it adds a little extra touch, I understand it's not ideal for a wider audience.

It wasn't too bad, I'm just not sure why it did it to be honest. I've heard Harlowe can be 'tempermental' sometimes whenever you try to change it. But it didn't take away from the experience much at all. You might even be right that it kind of jolts you and makes you feel like things are a little more off than they seem.
