I was really surprised by the art in this when I started playing it! It's adorable, especially the sprite, very cute :3

I had similar problems as described in the comments below. I think I got all the keys, but I'm stuck at a point where I can't advance because the basement still says it's locked.

Anyways, a cool mixture of spooky + cute :3

Easier-to-see room borders would go VERY far in this game. I missed a lot of walls and doors because they were just so thin! But all in all, for the confines of what feels like an RPG Maker game, the spooky stuff was really well executed! Nice job!

_all_ music boxes should do that... they'd be much cooler.

same issue as the other review, nothing happens when you open the basement door.

also, it's really hard to see where you're going on that tileset, the doors don't stand out at all.

Nice game, thanks for making it! I like the story, but ran into a bug I think. After I got the basement key I unlocked the door to the basement and ran down the stairs. But somehow it didn鈥檛 take me to a new level. The player just stayed on the ground floor. At that point I got stuck. Did I miss something?

Sorry, that's the end of the game, guess something bugged out with the end screen for some reason

I've put out a new build that fixes it but it's honestly just an end screen
