Hello! This game is pretty good. The atmosphere and the art are made wonderfully, and the meta element at the end was pretty eerie, I liked it! (Even if at the start I was skeptical, since it felt a little unnecessary)
The gameplay is a little too simple: battles are just the default ones, and you can easily avoid enemies: there's no really a reason to fight - even more at the start, since each slime gives 2 exp and the next monster 5, while later you get 50 exp each fight.
Though I really liked the characters: the different personality of them really made the dialogues and the story enjoyable to play. Good job!

That was great! The character portraits and their variety of expressions lent some real gravitas to the story. I also enjoyed how the game managed to involve horror and a heavy emphasis on storytelling, while still being a genuine rpg with combat mechanics and varied dungeon designs.
I also enjoyed being able to grind out a few encounters early on to receive the magic spells. By the end, I was leveled and equipped enough to take out the final boss with relative ease, which was a nice payoff to that earlier preparing. The narrative being about Lyra's growth in ability and skill matched that rise to power well.
Great entry all around!
The overall vibes are impeccable. Art is fantastic, music is fantastic. Every single monster looks cool as hell. Gorgeous, and creates a super imposing atmosphere (and the characters are quite engaging as well!)

I found myself getting into encounters on purpose just to see the next cool monster design, level designs where fun to traverse and It felt oddly rewarding to juke my opponents, when I did get in battle the sound design made the fights feel very satisfying, I love the Eye-conography throughout the game and it does really well at tying this dungeons levels together. truly a solid game made by a skillful designer... still, an arrow to the knee joke in current year.. unforgivable....
