"The sand is a pale abyss under the oppressive sun. Gaunt figures stalk the bleached horizons.

Those who linger in the crimson hours are swallowed by the desert, lost to things uncatalogued, unknown, and unforgiving."

This is a landscape I've pieced together with nightmares, dreams, and memories of driving up and down the Mojave. I've been meaning to turn it into a story for a long time but I'm looking for help.

I'm looking for writers to help me flesh out this world, Musicians to capture the haunting feelings of a cruel desert, artists who can capture these landscapes and all those within it, and anyone else willing to help me with this project.

If you are interested in anything you see here or any of my other work reach out to me here or on discord: averageaxe

I would love to see your work too, I'm hoping to work on a virtual TTRPG  and needed a writer

Hey I was gonna make a virtual TTRPG and wanted a writer to help me out, would you be interested?

This was super fun to read and play, I love how you lean into the camp.

The combat was also really satisfying I'm a huge fan of strategic battle games like this, especially when the levels are fun and make the player work around swarms of varied enemies; particularly the exorcism mechanic and mojo bag have a nice back and fourth. really solid game, I've always wanted to try the fire emblem style and you seem really proficient with it

Thank you so much for finding those early on, I can’t believe I didn’t notice that acolyte glitch last night.

I think i’ve fixed them, the roses and several other similar problems with the parallel events but i’ll still have to check if they’re air tight

I’ll admit balancing isn’t my strong suite but i’ll try to play around with the stats so they aren’t to tedious anymore.

The hardest fix is the black orb since it hinges on the troop members but hopefully the fix I came up with works for now

I’ll admit the saves feature was inspired from Termina and even that game had 9 saves so for now I’m doubling the amount of save time before the final hour

again thank you for this I don’t think I would have  caught most of these on my own, hopefully that get the game in a playable state for now but I’ll be on the lookout for any more problems like these, if you know any more don’t hesitate to let me know

Graphics and surreal nature reminded me a lot of LSD Dream Emulator, playing in browser was really convenient but I had some problems with crashes. hope to see some of this expanded in the future

Loved this, The battle system was really unique but also super intuitive and easy to pick up really satisfied once you know what you're doing. The overall presentation was also great, really reminiscent  of old dos games. I found one glitch with the sign next to the chest with the nature scepter in it, When i tried to read the sign the characters stopped moving.

The writing was chilling, kept me very engaged while reading about this dying world. The setting as a whole was great, I love the bleeding and red iconography and the other parts of this world feel right out of the Tolkien novels. I did have some trouble triggering prompts in the intro and harder stages but overall the system felt satisfying, The Excess system was not only innovative but each affect in it was interesting and unique. It made for something intriguing to work around. can't wait to see this world and game expanded.

I found myself getting into encounters on purpose just to see the next cool monster design, level designs where fun to traverse and It felt oddly rewarding to juke my opponents, when I did get in battle the sound design made the fights feel very satisfying, I love the Eye-conography throughout the game and it does really well at tying this dungeons levels together. truly a solid game made by a skillful designer... still, an arrow to the knee joke in current year.. unforgivable....

you Gotta love the illustrations, each character is unique and the environment does so much for this story, I was delightfully suprised with the amount of things in the environment I could actually interact with. same with the clipping, every path on the map felt clear and the collision felt incredibly smooth. I did find myself getting lost at some points and combat did feel basic but overall I love what this game is and can't wait to see where the creator take this and/or their next project

Loved this game, just awesome. The designs are Iconic and interesting and the art direction as a whole sets the tone for hell as this ghastly place, not even mentioning the cards monster designs which feel so antique like they where fished from an ancient land. The writing was atmospheric and easy to digest and got the story across wonderfully. I 've never been very good at card games but the mechanics here where easy to understand and fun to engage with, I can't wait to see what this allstar team comes out with next
