Fun game with nice intro art and music, never thought Tutel is so athletic. Maybe it’s just me but the controls felt a bit slippery, and the wall jump often failed to register. Other than that, the game felt really polished. Great job!
never have i questioned my ability to use a keyboard and mouse more than this game
[fun mechanics, good game (:]
I think I'm too unskilled for this game :[
It's a hard game. Thanks for trying
I loved the mechanics, they were lots of fun to learn and figure out! Sadly I got impatient because of either skill issue or the ramp being unbalanced, or the mechanics not acting predictable enough. I would reeeeally love to see how Vedal plays it though.
The sound effects and the art were pretty cool too. Extra point for the femboy tutel noises.
Good but hard mechanics. Especially pushed out of bounds when dashing through the walls.
Think out of the box/10
Good and difficult game, but there are some hitbox issues. The level where there is a slope at the start and a pit of spikes to dash over is a perfect example of this
Fun, but a hard game. I liked spinning tutel mechanic. Good job.
Controls felt a bit clunky at times, especially at the slopes. But it's mechanically interesting, like Sonic the Hedgehog but with direct control of the homing attack.
The story art is very cute!
Favorite platformer concept wise, the ball mode was really fun when I executed it successfully! At the same time, I really struggled with making it line up with ramps sometimes and unfortunately couldn't beat the game. I do have skill issues, but I wish it was a little more forgiving to clamp onto a ramp since often the ball would not cooperate and it isn't super intuitive for me on what exactly allows me to properly slide. I think this combined with the slightly long death animation and respawn time as well as the mouse not locking to the window was frustrating for me, but I really love the concept and it stands out from the other platformers in the jam! Also, love the intro.
I like the Idea of this game, but second this experience.
Had a bit difficulties on understanding how to enter the turtle ball mode but after figuring that out it was fun to play. The difficulties part was that I kept on clicking outside the window when trying to aim quickly.
The Vedal as sonic I never knew I needed. The art in the opening cutscene is great too
Sonic if it wasn't mid.
i loved this, one of my favorites in this jam
I really like this one, the platforming mechanics are really fun. Using the mouse to aim down slides to gain moment is genius, bit clunky, but super fun. The cinematics were lovely and cute. Improve the level visuals, polish up the mechanics, iron out those pesky collision bugs and BAM! You've got yourself a great platformer in your hands!
Great game, fun story, and I love the spin dash mechanic and the momentum system you have. It is a it hard to grasp and I admit that I don't have it fully mastered yet, but there is potential to what you can do with it. Only feedback would me maybe make the wall jumps a bit higher, and give the player some hp to take hits instead of being one shot.
