Masterpiece! I enjoyed this game a lot. Challenging for sure. The sprite work is great and the music is fire
I found the mechanics very simple but quite fun! The music is great and I loved the references scattered all over the map.
p.s. if you continue development I would love to see an auto day reset when you step on castles.
I really loved the whole game mechanic here, a really well-made entry. Also catchy music!
Once you get the teleport from Anny you become god
Pretty much, Anny teleport is OP and trivializes a lot of the other mechanics 🤣 but it also felt necessary to add something like that to make backtracking easier lol
Fun game, but it was pretty frustrating at times.
It's very easy to underestimate the distance to the castles especially when exploring new areas. And there's a lot of running around to do in the beginning each time you lose, to get back to where you were. But I liked it enough to keep banging my head against it more than a few times.
The music's really catchy too.
I’m pretty bad at strategizing my moves but overall the game is amazing and I love the day-night cycle!
Such an amazing idea for a game, and the art and music worked together wonderfully! All the items felt meaningful to find as well
Really good polished game. It could be a little bit easier though. Concept for gameplay is pretty creative. Good job!
Really well-made and polished game. I like everything about it. Life gets easier after the teleport ability (though I forgor that you can move the camera itself)
That's a nice game. Quite enjoyable. As for the theme relation, it has the "found" part, but I'm not sure about the "lost" part.
Thank you, I'm really glad you enjoyed it!! The original idea was that the player finds the lost items and characters but I think that's a fair criticism haha
Cool use of an inherent time limit and checkpoints!
My only issue is the really limited vision, as it prevents from being able to strategize and plan moves (unless remembering the map layout through trial and error.)
Thank you for the kind words! (': I wanted to have two layers of range (short range for spotting enemies and further for terrain) but ended up not having time for it haha
Really liked the game. Unfortunetly i felt kinda lost and didn't know where to go once you've explored the right area.
Either way an interesting game and pretty fun !!! ;)
Really glad to hear you enjoyed the game (': thank you for checking it out and for the kind comment!
If you want to complete it and make Vedal say it, here's some tips:
(Spoilers)
After the right up area you go down from the Vedal area. Afterwards,
You go to the sands near the starting castle.
Interesting concept, but it lacks some balancing. Health is of an essence here, but there are not enough items which boost it. It feels like there is a predetermined set of actions required to complete the game, but this is not a puzzle game. Art and music are fantastic.
I love this game and I wish to see a full version!
This is good feedback, thank you a lot for checking it out!!
Very interesting game.
And I think I already explored the entire scene but I still don't know how to defeat vedal.
Go down to the area below Vedal and if you've been there then go to the sand area near the starting castle to find the Gymbag. If you have the gymbag you can win!
The game discourages ending the day early, since it's entirely possible to lock yourself out of areas when you're under-leveled. My memory is just as bad as Neuro's so I couldn't finish it lmao
it's designed to be very forgiving, you just have to find the hidden items that give you bonus stats...! there's three items in the first area for example. Thank you for checking it out though!!
Nice game! The visuals look clean and I really like the music and sfx. It took me a while to understand what needed to be done. I was wandering around and dying without knowing where to go.
Really fun!
Really fun! He """said it back"""
The music is an absolute banger, fits the theme, graphics are nice, the time mechanic is cool, just all around amazing job. My favourite so far.
Amazing art and soundtrack, really cool concept. I got a bit confused with the goal of the game, I kept running around not knowing what I was doing LOL
Thank you so much neko! I'll forward your feedback to the composer too :D Did you manage to figure out the goal of the game and beat it eventually? there's a list of things to do on the left and you can examine the map to see where stuff is (':
I did after reading the description ! I reached day 77 and gave up because I didn't know what to do from here LOl
I'm really impressed by how much stuff there is in the game though
Finished the game, ending is a funny moment, items do change up how you play quite a bit which I like.
