Fun and clever mechanic! I enjoyed there being a bit of strategy and creativity in deciding how to assemble the next angel. I agree with others in saying that missing one angel feels too punishing as you cannot get it back in that level. I would definitely have fun playing more of this.
I think this is a pretty cool twist on the top down shooter genre. Picking up allies and choosing where to add them to your assemblage of angels is a fun mechanic! I only wish that there were more you could add and that getting hit would cause you to lose one instead of just going game over! Music and visuals worked well and I didn't notice any bugs. Maybe it's just me but I'd prefer spacebar for the shooting button instead of mouse or left control, feels more natural to the hand.
enjoyed playing your game and like the art-style! especially i liked the mechanic of picking up more angels and being able to decide where to "dock" onto them! :)
really didn't seem very hard to me at all. i guess it could use some kind of difficulty ramp but once i figured out how to shoot i progressed many stages
I like the idea that you pick up more angels as you progress, but the game is too hard for me to reasonably make any progress. I wish the enemies were a little less random, and more structured, so I could strategize more.
Sorry, my average game duration was something less than 10 seconds. It's just too hard to be enjoyable for me. As for the concept, I guess you could say similar things about a lot of games, but this is space invaders dressed up.
This game is really challenging, well done!
