This game was super fun to play!

As plexsoup, I found the name really off-putting, but the game itself is a solid experience.

I actually made it past the first boss after a few attempts, and was really happy to see that the game picked up in difficulty after that!

Great job on the procedural nature of it all. Some of the secondary weapons were really fun and powerful :3

Thanks for playing, next time we'll go for a better name!

Great game! Excellent game-feel. Nice touch starting the player off with something a little more powerful than typical single lasers. Boss battle was nice too. (I never made it past that boss battle).

Almost didn't install it because of the gag name. Glad I did.

Love seeing other Godot games here!

Thank you for the feedback! I'm really glad you were able to overlook our immaturity to try the game anyway.

I totally get you, we went with a strong primary option since all our secondary/special weapons are totally randomized, so you can end up unlucky and have a really terrible one that shoots 1 bullets at 90 degrees to the right which made having a single shot primary weapon pretty annoying.

Past the boss, the global enemy modulate color gets randomized again and it starts with a higher difficulty scaling so you didn't miss too much past that part ;)

Godot is amazing!

Really cool game ! there is a lot of space shooters in the game jam but this is definitely one of the funniest et juicest (i don't know if it's even a word but you'll get it)

Hahaha thanks for the comment, glad you enjoyed it. I know we didn't have the most original of ideas but we are all big fans of shmups so we couldn't pass on the chance!
