Really eye-catching visuals. The gameplay loop of running around, moving, and activating turrets didn't quite click for me. Maybe introducing more turrets and turret types early on could make things more interesting? I just placed it right next to the terminal every time.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. I definitely wanted to implement more turret types and also multiple enemy types, but I just didn't have the time :( Thanks for playing though, hope you enjoyed it at least a little!

To much text, I don't want to read so much but other than Its pretty cool.

Solid entry with great art and animations in a minimal style. The mechanics are interesting and the game is fun to play. The only thing I would say is that there are a bit too much text to explain the mechanics and I think it would be easier to get it with a suite of images and the key to press to use that.

Except that it's a very good game, nice job there! And you reinforce my wish to try godot :D

Very well done!

Hey, thanks for the kind words! Using images for the tutorial sounds like a good idea :)

You should certainly give Godot a try,  especially with the 4.0 coming out soon!

The art is very good and the management mechanics are entertaining, but sometimes it depends on luck to get coins for the next turret

It feels a bit hard to get around and it feels like I'm fighting that more than I'm fighting the demons coming to break the computers. Very interesting concept though, I like it.

Pretty tough but one of my favorite games of the jam. Will definitely be playing this one more! The controls felt nonstandard and were a bit to get used to would be my only complaint.

really fun and I love the art

That's awesome to hear, thank you for playing! :)

Thanks!

Although the game is very hard for me, it is extremely fun and immersive. The art looks absolutely gorgeous and the sounds fit the game. Overall a very well done piece of work! 🔝🔥

Developer

Glad to hear you like it☺️

Game looks fantastic, love the colors. The song is also quite the banger. Thought the game became too hard too fast when you have to defend multiple machines while avoiding enemies, collecting coins and purchasing ammo. But the art, music and sfx are absolute gold 👌.

Developer

Yeah you're totally right. I didn't really have time to do a proper balancing of the game during the jam. A difficulty setting could help I guess. Adding a few more simple levels early on could be helpful too.

Anyway, thank you so much for the feedback!

Pretty fun, but it's turns to just stacking the turrets and spamming shoot.

Developer

That's true, although some of the later levels force you to move a bit more.  I appreciate your feedback!🙂
