Incredibly cute art, and a solid concept as well. The platforming felt a little awkward with how the character likes to slip off of the edges of platforms, but other than that it was fun!

Thanks! I spent a long time on the art. The player hitbox has rounded edges so it doesn't get stuck, but I think the problem is it's too rounded so it slips off if half of the character is hanging. I'm glad you still had fun despite that though! ^^

Great work! the art, music, all of it fits well in a nice and relaxing game. i dont know if id call it a puzzle game per say as it was king of "obvious" where to put the pieces. but it was good :D

Thank you! I'm very pleased with how the art and music turned out. The level design is a bit of a disaster on my part since A. I don't think I designed the mechanics well enough to make good puzzles in the time frame and B. I had to make quite a few of the levels very late into the night due to family commitments on Easter. I'm kinda disappointed by the level design tbh but thankfully I don't think it makes the game unenjoyable, just easy.

Lord what a nice game I really liked it the game is very relaxing and calming

Thank you! The last game I made was very stressful so I wanted to make something more peaceful for this jam ^^

The art is excellent, especially the objects and the background, I really liked the selection menu and how you need to use the log to reach it, and then use the log again to reach the last 3 levels.

Although the puzzles were a bit underwhelming, it's always just place the object  above the spikes or place the object to reach a higher platform, I rarely had to think to solve a puzzle, I have even beaten a level without going through all of it, level 9 to be exact:

But it's not that big of a deal considering 72 hours we had.

Other than that, it's very solid and will probably be high in the ranking.

Also, the music is so frickin' good, I'm not even joking.

Thank you! The art took ages, so I'm glad you liked it :)
From a design standpoint, I think the moving mechanics I designed weren't limited enough, so it was harder for me to make good puzzles. Looking back at it now I think that all of the objects should have had different properties, so maybe the log could be placed on spikes without getting destroyed, and the cupcake could only be placed on the ground or something. Also I made half the levels at 2am since I had Easter commitments, which is why things like level 9 exist (I seriously don't know how I didn't see that). A combination of those 2 things made kinda bad levels, and to be honest I'm pretty disappointed with it.
Music really isn't my strongpoint, so I was surprised when I made something that was actually pretty good, and it seems that most people liked it ^^

Really good concept, art is really cute and the music is nice and fun.
The gameplay on the other hand can be a little bit confusing, since the pink area isn't always a reliable pointer of when you can actually pick items, and figuring out distances is a bit hard
Despite that, I still had some nice fun playing, good job ^^

Thank you! I spent a lot of time on those. The detection code for that is a bit weird, and tbh I don't entirely know why I wrote it the way I did. it's not helped by the fact that the hitboxes for the objects are just boxes so they don't line up with the sprite. I'm glad that didn't ruin it for you though :)

I like this. Quite enjoyed my time with it. Maybe less so with the last few levels but idk i dont like to think

Developer(+1)

I'm really happy you liked it! To be honest the level design is a bit of a mess as I had family commitments on Easter so I ended up making half the levels at 2am

I love the art style, the game is very fun and the idea fits nice with the limitation. Nice game ^^

Developer(+1)

It took so long to find the right art style that I wanted, so I'm very glad you like it :)

This game is so cute! I had lots of fun playing it. Absolutely loved the graphics and the music. Awesome job!

Developer

Thank you! Cute is what I was going for. I'm very happy you liked it !!

One of the best uses of Finite Quantity so far! The art is also adorable. I couldn't move the cupcake on the third level though :(

Developer

Thank you! You can only move objects while they're in the pink area, I don't think I made that clear enough

Very cute and nice use of the limitation! I just missed sounds or at least soome feedback while jumping/landing/moving. It’s just a little effort that adds a lot. Otherwise very solid!

Developer

Thank you! I think your volume was muted, there are sounds for those and music
