As a fellow Hollow Knight enjoyer i really loved this game, also liked that you didnt just rip off the game but that you created your own collectable mechanics. Will definetly play this when it gets released if it has less bugs! Stumbled upon a nasty one that is probably easy to solve.

freeze Z rotation on the player, had a couple of times where my player became slightly tilted and couldnt throw the spear in astraight line! Really hope you continue working on this game, and make it fully compatible with PS4 controllers! :D

Overall great game and very much worth your time!

Eventually I reached an area where I feared my terrible platforming skills had brought me to my end with this game. Yet I backtracked, looking for all the loot to upgrade my health. By the time I found it all, I felt so confident with the controls that I made it through the gauntlet of spikes into a pretty fun boss fight. To my delight, the new movement ability made the areas I had explored even more interesting, and opened many new avenues to explore. Keep it up!

Nice game! I'm not much of a platformer kind of person, so I don't know how to judge it very well. But it seemed pretty polished overall. I played it for about 10 minutes or so and gave up near the spiky spinning wheels.

Really nice and well put together!

Map just kept on going and seemed fairly complex.

At times spear mechanic felt like it just replaces double jump. Some later obstacles helped to deal with it like moving spiky platforms and levers. Could use more interactions. Maybe if I placed my spear just slightly higher that I can jump it could pull me up a little as if I was climbing?

Awesome game and cool spear mechanic, I was stuck for about a minute before i realised you could jump on it lol! Very nice level of cohesion & polish.

I thought the learning curve was well done until I got stuck and didn't know how to progress. That said I found it fun to encounter the static spikes & then the rotating ones (although if the rotating spikes in the first zone near were the critical path I am too dumb to be able to get past them and imo thats too hard..?)

I never found out how to crouch/slide which is where I think i got stuck and couldn't find where was new to get to, but I am a noob to this genre so perhaps I missed something obvious.

Neat game! (pun intended ;) The game looks great overall, but there are a few places where graphics is less good like exits and enemies. Mechanically, I like how fluid the spear throw feels. I also wanted to stick the spear into a rotating cog (which is a background in one of early levels) to see it spin with it. That might be a really fun mechanic to add. I was missing some defensive capabilities: maybe it is intended, maybe add e.g. enemy knockback or some ability to shield yourself.

Ok, I have a few things to say:
- First of all: The game looks amazing! You have done a very good job with the lighting, effects and atmosphere!

- You have picked a great main mechanic and you made it in a way that can be expanded on alot, good job!

I do have a few small faults with the game though:

- The HUD - I didn't even know there was HUD until a few minutes into gameplay. That may not happen for everyone but making the HUD more visible would do your game well!

- Bugs - You may know this bug, but when the player dies a few times, death completely stops working and you stay at 0 HP.

The final suggestion is to make the room exits pop out more than they do now.

Other than that, you have created an awesome game! Keep working!

I started this game last October, and this is the progress I made so far :D Thanks for playing!
