Cute game! I included it in my LowRezJam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

It was alright definitely need some explanation on how things worked.  My first attempt was an instant loss(lol).  The cooking stuff felt like it took too long and customers could stack resulting in a guaranteed fail.

I had a ton of fun with this one. Theres been a surprising amount of cooking games in the jam so far, but this has been my favorite because it manages to have fast paced action without it feeling entirely overwhelming.
I had a big issue though with customers stacking up, making it impossible to fulfill their order and keep my high star rating. Even when I become the best employee and premake all my food ready to go, I still lose out to that impossible situation. Even if it was intentional and was meant to show that getting fired is inevitable, I'd rather lose out because there are too many customers to cook for, rather than that impossible situation.

Really fun though, I wish there was a win state or way to congratulate me for being the BEST employee :)

Ohhhhh I thought that was a puddle of ketchup... I was trying to cook the lettuce burger 😅.

Besides my minor confusion, this game is a lot of fun.

I love the audio and sound effects. It's cute!

This game sort of mirrors my own experience working as a waiter. People did get randomly irritated with various things over which I have no control. We worked in a lodge where these little rodent critters would get into the breakfast buffet, munching on muffins and whatnot.

In all seriousness, there were times when I got fired and I wasn't entirely certain why that happened or what I could have done to prevent it. It would be nice to formulate more of a strategy so I could always please all of the customers.

I didn't quite understand what to do with the burger with whatever that red thing was. I kept getting that order wrong. And there seems to be a bug where customers would take the same position, and both of them would receive the order.

Well, that escalated quickly! xD

Very frantic once you get to 5 stars, which certainly made me worried about getting fired. Maybe a tiny bit too frantic, but it didn't detract from the experience.

Nice job on the pixel art. Very colorful! And the music really puts you into the right rhythm.

Overall, a challenging, funny, and fun little game.

Great job!
