I don't think I really understood this. I included it in my LOWREZJAM compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

The irony of a low rez jam where the viewport is too small!

As others mentioned, it took a few attempts to figure out how the controls worked, but a neat concept and worked well afterwards

Very hard to understand the game rule, but afer that, it's cool, this is a very cool game idea. Need to rescale it. Good job

Iit took me at least 10 tries before understanding how the game worked, but eventually I managed to finish it with a score of 17 :-)

Maybe you should put the 4 {N,S,W,E} tiles respectively {above, below, left, right} the current tile and bind them to the {up, down, left, right} or {W, S, A, D} keys to make the navigation a bit more intuitive.

Thoughts from playing:

  • Game probably should be scaled larger than it is.
  • Interesting concept. Wasn't able to fully understand how to navigate but the game was still playable and I could get to the end.
  • Items make a huge difference in survival which makes finding them feel rewarding.

Nice game, a little hard at the start but worked very well once I had got it. I have harsh time with the tiny screen maybe something 3 or 4 times bigger would work better, you can change it the edit page -> embed options -> viewport dimensions.

GOOD JOB!
