That was fun! Really impressive you've made all that in a week. Especially since you had to make two versions of those levels. I imagined it as a game about a kid walking around his town being nostalgic.

Very good game, i really like it. I like concept of using time travel to move foreward in the game. The music makes me think at Mickey Mouse games on Sega Master System, i like it.

Good work !

I liked a lot of the art but the foreground and background walls were hard to tell apart. For example in the beginning when it teaches you crouch it just looks like a wall. If it didnt tell me I was supposed to crouch I would have never known that was there.

The time travel mechanic was pretty cool but it wasn't used enough instead there was a lot more box moving. The levels could have been a bit more platformer based having you swap between the worlds. The level with the cloud chasing you was more platformer based like that but then you took away the ability to swap worlds which is where a mechanic like that could have really had a chance to shine. The cloud also moved too fast for the moving box mechanic but at least the boxes stayed where you put them so you could at least do it on the next life.

So overall art and mechanics were cool but just a little misused sometimes.

pretty clever time travel mechanic, and a lot of content! in level 4, it was a bit difficult to make out which platforms are solid and which are not. also the character accelerates very slowly, making precise platforming unnecessarily difficult.

I want to like this game more than I do, because I think you seriously nailed the mood and aesthetic… but the character is really annoying to control. if I had one piece of feedback for future platformers, it’d be to put more time into tweaking the movement and responsiveness of the controls.

I'm not a fan of the controls either, and wish i put more time into making them more responsive, thanks for the feedback.

For what it’s worth, I do think you got everything else right!

This one nice platformer game. The movement of the character is really well made.

There is one area where the player can trap themselves if they are holding the box. I sometimes find it hard to notice the enemy because their sprite texture blend in with the background. And there are similar floor sprite which they look the same and not all of them are solid making me mistakenly standing on the non-solid platform and fall to death.

The game looks really nice by the way. Nicely done.

Amazing work. So many assets were made. The before and after effect is really nice. Especially the pallet change, bright and saturated before, grey and unsaturated after the earthquake. Good puzzle mechanic using time travel.

This is a lot of content for a week-long game jam. Very nice work.
