Many brave gnomes died this day. UI polish would help, since the game is like 80% UI, but I absolutely love this sort of thing and look forward to digging around deeper. Maybe I’ll figure out how to accomplish quests?
Oh, and the music~

After playing it a bunch more and getting many many gnomes murdered and/or eaten, I have a list!

Very addictive little game though, someday I’ll beat it. <3
Such a neat game. I like the paper-like background colour and sound effects. I learnt how to use love2d and Fennel during this game jam, I think I need to study your code to release all the power of love2d and Fennel.
I love this little and cozy game! Music, graphics - they are beautiful.
There are few bugs in version 2.1 as well:
1) If all members of your party dies right after making a move, you won't be able to move anymore (and path of the last move taken is freezed on the screen)
2) When a gnome leaves party (one way or another), there is something wrong with equipment of those who rest in party (it seems to be locked on party slots, not on party members)
3) If a gnome is strong enough it can receive negative damage
There are some difficulties with reading the game too - it is hard to understand gnome's stats, and it is hard to compare equipment (and I didn't understand what color on equipment means).
Thanks you for this game, it is amazing!
The look of the game is gorgeous! The different menus were difficult to understand for me. This feels like a sound basis for a great game.
