Simple and Fun!
One thing I would like to suggest is to get more bread, but in 2 ducks coop. There is no point to switch ducks at all, rather to play as only one (green) and collect all 10 slices easily.
That was... surprisingly enjoyable. Okay, I could never find the crate, never (successfully?) switched ducks, and fought with the terrain way more than I should have, but I enjoyed the experience. Objectively, there are a lot of issues with this game, but I'm not inclined to pick nits here. It's super janky and super weird, but honestly, that's part of the charm, and I think trying to polish this game would (paradoxically?) make it worse.
The one thing I wished was improved was performance on WebGL. To be fair, I was warned that it might be laggy, but the game doesn't really seem graphically complex so I'm not sure why that's the case. Or why there's pop-in, for that matter.
Very chill vibes! I like the duck's quack sound hehe. Some ambient wind/water sounds would make it extra nice. Or even some rain effects and ambient rain sounds! Keep it up~~ Please check out my game when you can :D
Not really a recent devlog :/ but still an interesting game.
Kudos.
Best duck-focused game I've ever played! My only criticism is that the game is way too easy... you can find 10 breads in a couple of minutes without solving any of the puzzles. Make bread more scarce perhaps?
