Honestly, I kinda dig the music; I wasn't sure at first but did grow on me a little :)
And since no one else has said it - Well done on completing your first Game Jam! Finishing is half the challenge; Not only did you finish, but you also created an enjoyable experience. You ought to be proud of yourself! (heck I'm kinda proud of you lol)
I think, since you're still in the early stages of learning Unity, it would be beneficial to go back to this and a little polish. I would consider adding a little animation (I think a little squash stretch would be perfect for this project) and fixing a bug where the player can stick to the walls (this is a friction problem so you'll need to look into Physics Materials).
But again - great job and well done! :)

This was a nice experience, I love how each shaped played, the goal was a bit confusing at first but after finishing level 1 I got it, the levels look nice and the music is okay
The experience was fun, but there were some bugs with the platforms in connection with the player. But that didn't stop me from having a good gaming experience!
Rather fun but tedious! I would add checkpoints but all in all, Good Job!
Fun game, interesting spin on the theme. I liked how each shape had its own unique way of movement, however, i really struggled with the triangle on the third stage. But overall its a fun game
