This has such good bones, I really wanna see an expanded/updated version with the layout I've seen you bring before! It took me a couple read throughs (caveat: I've had one, singular, coffee so far today),

I love the use of Plot Armor and Pineapple Dessert but I think the standout for me is the Series Difficulty and song roll interactions, that's such a cool idea for how to wrap a series of games!

THANKS

The Series Difficulty is part of my search to marry the whole progression of the Idol as an Idol and how IMO that's one of the big drivers of the plots of the Macross franchise. So it's very gratifying that seems to have come across.

Fuck I think I need to reread this game.

Focus as physical and mental encumberance is something I also want to use before, and I think it works well in this genre of mechs and idols in space.

Declaring your death at the start of the game is GOOOOOD stuff. I like to play characters with retirement/ending plans, and this is just an enabler to that style.

This is good as hell.  A lot of really good touches. I would love to see this expanded.

I am absolutely using that "shared inventory for mech components and emotional baggage" mechanic in the future.
