Game Description
A shoot-em-up where you fight necromancers to rescue you brother.
How does your game tie into the theme?
The wand that function as weapons in the game can be overloaded. This produces a much stronger attack, but destroys the wand, leaving you defenseless until you find a new wand.

Cool game sir
I'm in LOVEEEEEEEE with the art style and the wands. Really enjoyed the resource-management in the midst of combat and the movement speed-up while not carrying a Wand was such a nice touch that I found myself often trying to just run around and see how long I could last without killing the enemies.
The sound effects, especailly those of the Wizard enemies, fit in so nicely. I felt a dread everytime they'd start their humming before shooting an attack.
Nicely done! It was a little unclear which direction to go though, but gameplay wise I really enjoyed it.
The different wand types is a nice feature. I love when your wand breaks and player character breaks out in a cold sweat! It's little details like that that make me smile and give your character some... character! Don't worry about overloading your scope, that's just the way of the jam. Well done!
This is a survival dungeon crawler. Dangerous artifacts of great power are on a fire sale, yet the vulnerability of being without a wand is enough to give pause.
I did not make it to the end. The rangers managed to continue sneaking arrows through to me.
The game does use NavigationAgent, and will benefit from a greater understanding of it. Both the Rangers and Warriors have a great tendency to get stuck on corners, mitigating the pressure they're supposed to have.
The artillery mages, however, are a bright spot shining in this one. The visual noise they create opens up space for the rangers to sneak in those arrows. The warriors? Not so much.
I have a feeling that even you believe the overloading mechanic of the wands may need a little bit of work. If you did not believe so, there would not be so much availability. In my opinion, what you could do is make an aggro range for the mobs while you don't have a wand. Once you do, however, it's all fair game. When you're defenseless, you need some other way to progress through, or the mechanic, as it is, won't get proper utilization.
Continue with this project, and experiment with the used tools a little more. Refining this project, in my opinion, is your best path for growth.
Very fun! I enjoyed the variety of weapons. Also, "Ending B" was unexpected and quite funny. I loved the main mechanic, but I think losing your wand can be quite punishing if there aren't any nearby. You could solve that by having a very weak default wand, or maybe by having enemies drop wands rarely so you don't depend on the level design to find them. Great job on the game!
Overloaded star meteor was a BLAST!! Did not expect to destroy the ENTIRE screen. I like the weapon variety and each spell feels different!
Nice job.
I really liked the look of this game and some of the overloaded weapons were awesome.
Great Game! I loved the different enemy varieties. Needed to fit the theme a little better tho.
