After six and a half days, I managed to build a cozy shelter to live in. Both visuals and the music work well in this game. Nice experience!
Doesn’t launch on Mac OS 11.6 :(
damn! I’ll get more people to test and see if the admins let me reupload it :(
My bad, it works if I clear the “download” attribute from the .app. Sorry for the trouble.
no bother. Good to know!
A fun game.
Maybe add a char that reflect once actions?
this was the intention and I even had the KinematicBody node there at the start. But I realised I wouldn’t have enough jam time for that so I deleted it :(
This was very fun! At first I wasn't sure how a survival game would be seen as cozy, but I was pleasantly surprised. Managing all those tasks just by clicking on them with the calming ukulele music in the background is as cozy as it gets. The progression was also very nice and simple. Good game!
The ukulele music really took me offguard quite a few times and consequently died a few times before really taking notice to both my energy and hunger =D. Besides that the progression was quite satisfying and fun when you get to the higher level buildings.
I may be a little bias because this is 100% the type of game I love. I really enjoyed this, in the start I thought "What the heck I just keep starving this is impossible!" But I then managed to make my cosy little island in 7 days game time. Awesome work I think this was a fun take on the cosy theme, plus I adored the Sega splash screen I audibly snorted when that came up. Awesome job! I look forward to trying to beat my 7 day record.
I loved it
