Really good art and concept. When I finally made a potion that did what they wanted, it was a really cool feeling!

Others have said that it relies too much on trial and error, and I agree. I think more info should be given to the player. But I like the idea of just figuring out what ingredients do, so instead of just having a description that says "this has healing properties", maybe just have each ingredient named so we can get a glimpse of what it is (I can't tell what I am putting into the cauldron), and then show us a list of what we have put into the cauldron.

So that when I accidentally make an infestation potion, I can look at what I threw in there, and remember it for next time, and then discern which ingredients do which. I think that would be really cool.

To be honest, i was just mixing random materials into the cauldron...well until i got what i needed. The game could be more fun if you add more details explaining everything

I definitely added everything to the pot in hopes it would give me something they wanted :D

I was also asked to get a potion that would trick a friend, so I gave a decay potion. Apparently slight murder isn't the right kind of 'trick'... 😁

Nice entry though, it looks nice and the sounds are good. I would love a version with more information on what everything does ^^;

Others mention it too, I tried combinations at random until I got what they asked for and quickly ran out of materials. Stats for the items are needed, but I enjoyed the process even if it's just a tag with a result. Simple but effective. I feel like you can show a liquid changing colour and viscosity based on the materials used. I really liked the overall aesthetics

Good job!

Would definitely love to play more, but without any hint on the game mechanics, it would lead to user randomly throw things inside the cauldron. the pixel art is good  👍

I quite like the concept. The main issue I feel is it relies too much on trial and error. I wonder if there are ways to hint at what each ingredient can combine to become... or maybe there's something I missed. Really like the sound effects, art, and music.

Yeah, I wanted to include more details on the ingredients, what they do, etc, but I didn't have enough time to properly learn how to implement those features.
