Good job! Looks like you need better tutorial also:) First couple minutes it's hard to get, but it's fun in general!
Yeah. My attitude was, "why not give it a try? always wanted to do a game jam." but I was blown away by the quality of games submitted. ( including Celted )
Its inspiring.
I know that feeling and it's my first jam also. The only competitor you're battling is you yourself from yesterday. Let's meet on some of next jams!
Cool, looking forward to it.
Interesting game! I like the focus on the theme. The mechanics were nice too once I understood what I was supposed to do.
Like the others said though, some in-game instructions would really help. I just kept clicking buttons until something happened lol
You should totally polish and expand on this :)
Good job on your game! I agree with some of the other comments, that it was a bit confusing on what I needed to do when I first started. Maybe a tutorial at the beginning?
Interesting idea and mechanic! I like the feel of it.
Maybe you should add a tutorial, that would make things somewhat easier at the beginning (I needed a while to figure out what was going on lol).
Good job!
Thanks for playing!
And yeah, you are totally right. It needs a tutorial. or at least we need to introduce machanics slower.
watching my roomate play test was humbling.
Got to play your game. Clever idea! Has some nice difficulty too.
I believe a short description on how to play, or controls would be nice. I did get it after a few seconds, but it was not so intuitive. Probably for an audience that is not used to experimenting with controls it would be hard to make the first move.
