How does your submission match the theme?
If you press the jump button in the air, it makes your character do a dive kick. This is their attack and sole mode of travel.

Good Idea, and if this is one of your firsts games, it's a good start. check for the collsions on walls for a next update. Congrats!

I like the mechanic, with a bit more work it would be a really cool one button game. I couldn't collect the coin at all but still enjoyed it!

Thanks so much! The coin at the end was added late into the jam. Sort of a secret for those that actually played my thing to the end.

Pretty cool game, although there's nothing to actually attack... The idea is sound, though, has a lot of promise!

Thank you! I wish I had more time and knowledge to flesh this out more. It ended up more of a proof of concept on the movement alone. I will come back to this eventually. This was my first jam and second game ever. First attempt at a game in Pico-8.
