Fun concept and really cute art! A guide to know which die side did what might've helped with clarity in the beginning but overall great job!
Thank you so much for taking the time to play, and for your constructive feedback. Much appreciated!
Cute game, I like the art style and the cactus appearance.
It could have fit the theme better and I encountered some performance issues, especially after a few tries.
The game doesn't have much depth but it's a good start if it's your first. Well done.
Thank you so much for your feedback and for playing! Much appreciated!
This is a fun idea for a game, and I enjoy playing it quite a bit. The bullets can get overwhelming fast, but I think if I had a bit more skill, I'd probably rock it. Using your HP as a resource is tricky, but I love this as a game base and would love to see it fleshed out more.
To be fair we did run out of time to properly balance those bullet spawns so we totally agree with your feedback :D some fleshing out is definitely on the to do list. Thank you so much for playing!
Congratulations on your first game jam! It's a very difficult game, but I like the use of delayed animations for enemy deaths. I also really like the idea of using your health as a resource to roll upgrades.
Haha we did run out of time to properly try and balance the difficulty :D thank you so much for playing and for your feedback.
Really nice concept! Felt myself wanting more positioning options, especially once there are a lot of bullets. Maybe with platforms to jump up on, or even trying the dice mechanic in a top town game? Good job on your first game!
Thank you so much for the positive feedback, we really appreciate it! Thanks for playing!
Love the art. What does the upgrades do?
Thank you!! The upgrades should increase player movement speed, jump force and fire rate, and increase enemy movement speed and fire rate.
