Great attempt on the game jam. Your hard work paid off, the game is quite massive with many features and gameplay. I believe more a little more polish and this would be an awesome game!

Developer

Thank you so much!

They have an updated version with fewer bugs and more enemies now btw.

Hey I think the idea was ambitious, maybe a bit too much for 48 hours. Shame it's bugged, but I liked the idea and the floating on the broom thing instead of jumping could've been interesting.

I'm curious, how was the dice element a part of the game?

Developer

Thanks for the comment, I agree that my plan was a bit over-ambitious. The way I felt it met the theme was that in the wands you get, you can equip multiple spells, and when you use that wand, a random spell inside is cast, so it's a roll of the dice what happens.

Interesting premise however when I got my first wand(after finding a spell) I got stuck on that screen and it wouldn't let me leave. I think it may have been a bug but it seems like it has potential if I didn't get stuck.

Developer

Yeah, this happens too often. thanks for playing, though!
