This game is genuinely fucking terrifying. My dog barked while I was playing and I actually thought I was going to die. The atmosphere and the constant feeling of something just waiting to pop out and attack you is unreal. It feels like you're being hunted and something is right on your tail, and the best part of it all is that there isn't. There's never been any evidence the game gives you to support that you're in any kind of danger, but that didn't ease my mind in the slightest. It's so simplistic and yet it's got me shitting my pants at every little noise I hear. 10/10 game
I’m so happy you got something out of this!!! Thanks for playing :]
Such a cool game on all fronts, it looks really cool and has a great ambiance !
Keep up the good work !
Tyyy!!!!
The hole beckons, yet I have to resist. I've been here for many weeks now, my one and only real friend is the hole. I've fed it little cubes, I think it enjoyes them. As I start each day I wonder if the hole is the answer to this. It all feels like a cruel experiment. "Why am I here? What is my purpose?" I ask myself, or, rather, the hole, but the hole never answers. The hole knows everything but it keeps everything to itself. That sickens me... the idea of the hole sickens me. It shouldn't be here, I shouldn't be here. The hole beckons. But... I must resist.
Anyyyways really lovely showcase of great environment design and art direction and capability of Godot for 3D projects, the audio-visual experience is absolutely stunning. My only gripe of the game is that some parts required a bit of more precised jumping and it was really hard with the controller you made.
Really great game!
thanks arcy !!! i love the story you wrote tooo
Wow, wow! Really beautiful game - I especially loved the room with all the hanging lights. The ambience was on-point and I felt both calm and vaguely uncomfortable, somehow. I especially like the clinking sounds of the cubes when they hit objects. Lovely work!
Improvements-wise, I would say that the physics system made platforming very difficult at times. I also unfortunately got a little bit motion sick (the high FOV I think? Or maybe it's just me hahah).
The saddest part is that I couldn't find all the cubes, so I couldn't finish(?) the game - however, I highly enjoyed what I did play! Thanks for the experience!

tyyyyy im glad you liked it !!!!!!!!
insanely cool vibes, this was stylized so damn well. sound design was top-notch too! only wish i knew the controls off the bat and the platforming was easier to control. super awesome job :3
thank u maddy !! :]
The aesthetics are a vibe! Love the sheer attention to detail on the environment and lighting for this game.
Must say, the thumbnail poster really drew me in.
yay thanks !!!!!!!
love the look and sound design. it would be nice to equip the object with 'e' as opposed to holding it. and I would have liked to hear some music even if it is just at main menu or expand on the sound design a bit more. Overall, great environments!
tysm ! :}
I love the presentation and secrets, I can tell a lot of work was put into the environment!
Good job making this in 96 hours!
I would say to focus a bit more on gameplay next time, and the collision and platforming were rough.
tyy vortex!!!! gameplay definitely wasnt my focus so sorry about that
