Nice style

Nice Art style, it fits the gameplay so well. I definitely didn't box myself in 5 mins lol.

Great game! I like the art style of the game and it sticks really well to the theme. the long straight piece is a little overpowered though haha, maybe something like if you move a piece three times it breaks or something? Idk but I was able to make it throught most of the game with that one piece! Overall great game!

Wooow what a unique and beautifull art style! Awesome and creative take on the theme! Awesome job!

This is a unique and fun game. Great job. I really enjoyed playing this and look forward to what you will do next game jam.

Developer

Thanks for the comments ! Happy you liked our work on this jam !!

Love the hand drawn style ! I hope you’ll keep working on it post-jam to replace all the last pixelated assets by more made by you. All the little details are nice like the cursor blinking. Great work :)

Developer

Thanks ! We loved to work on that GameJam ! All assets is made by Whismical Sheep in our team. But we tried many kind of imports with different qualities. We shurly should unify our importation settings to make sure it dosn't apear pixelated anywere !

Super fun! Love the art style and the fact that physics pauses during the build phase. Got to do some fun jumps with a single ladder by jumping off of it, switching to build to translate/scale/rotate it, and then landing on it again. Would love to see more of this with added verticality.

Developer

Whoo ! I love this Idea of moving the same ladder again and again to exploit the pause in the air !

It kind of felt like playing Super Mario Maker, which I like. Pretty good game IMO.

Oh true! I didn't think of this game. Thanks for playing 😇

Hey that's my title! 😂
I love the style and overall look, but some music would add a little juice. Ladder placement is very smooth and intuitive! Not sure if 2 connected elements should fly though :D

PS. love the cursor

Developer

Yeah we didn't had time to create some music. Definitely a plus for ambience 😅

It was fun! The building part was quite enjoyable and intuitive, the game looks great, it just would have been better if there had been some audio :) Et j'ai bien aimé le jeu de mot avec l'échelle haha

Developer

hahaha on se trouvait drôle avec le jeux de mot en français 🤣 But still means nothing in english haha !

When I click "Play" in the start screen, nothing happens. Which is a shame because this game looks cool!

Hi ! We are aware of this problem. We gonna try to fix it. Meanwhile, you can try the game in full screen (1920x1080)

I played the game and it was great! Definitely a top competitor in the Ladder subgenre that this game jam has developed.

Developer

We released an update yesterday just before the end of gam. It should be fixed.

And we released a post-jam version yesterday night with controls fitting the tutorial 🤣
