This was a cool experience. It reminds me of the classic Papa's Burgeria, mixed with the control scheme of Surgeon Simulator. I would've played more of this if not for the controls being difficult to wrangle with - personally I'd prefer to have LShift and / for grabbing, because the pinky finger isn't in the way of trying to use WASD/IJKL. Rebindable controls are a must for any post-jam patch here.

Thanks, I definitly want to clean this up, and controller support+rebindings is top of priority. Thanks for the feedback!

Super cool concept. Controls were really hard though and by the end I found myself just using the one hand hahaha. I guess even in the game I have a dominant hand. Nice work!

Love it. This is a really fun idea and though challenging, the game is really enjoyable. Not to mention the sound effects which are incredible. Great work!

Thanks for the kind words!

I cannot put into words how creative this game is. I don't even know what genre I would consider it.

The sound effects are also hilarious, and just add to the absurdity of a game about fighting your own hands while serving food.

I personally would have preferred to use the arrow keys and right shift for the right hand, but that's not a massive issue. I also encountered an issue where I would occasionally pick up the bottom item in a stack, which made the first level harder than it needed to be.

Currently second on the leader board for the last level.

Thanks for the kind words! If we had more time I would have added controller support and custom key bindings.

me like! unlike all of these other fine people in the comments i actually beat the game!

unfortunately i only noticed the leaderboard after i beat it so i dint post my scores.

the first level was in my opinion the hardest and it took me by far the most attemps my score was 366.

the second level was very easy! (or maybe i just got lucky) i beat it on my second attempt with a score of 537!

the 3rd level was pretty average it took me a few attempts but i beat it with a score of 464

the 4th level was also hard, but im pretty sure this is because the score required to unlock the next one is double the others, took a bunch of attempts and i beat it with a score of 612

i only played the bonus level once to see what it was and miserable failed but i decided to go back to post a score on the leaderboard to prove that i made it, the moving plate is a nightmare and i was already tired from the other levels so i dint try very hard.

overall very fun game!

Developer

Thanks for the kind comments, I will say I would reduce the difficulty for the first level as per users, but it's definitely possible to beat.

Interesting idea, but I agree with Aldenwar I would've liked to just make a bunch of burgers in a row. Also I think it'd be nice if the game started off a bit easier. I did the first level 3 times and only ever got a score 101, so I never got to see the other levels.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback,  will keep in mind to lower the difficulty/score requirement for the first one.

Very fun idea and vibes, but it felt weird how the action always stopped after just one dish. It would definitely get more fun if you had time limit and had to do multiple in that time working together with the funny controls! We also didn't get past the second level since there wasn't any indication where exactly the ingredients were supposed to go, bit confusing. Sounds were hilarious

Thanks for the Feedback, appreciate it! Maybe the plate wasn't as clear as it needed to be.
