Loved the game. I love ecosystem simulations and you did an incredible game with it, i managed to get 60% i think it's not bad... 5/5 great job ! :D

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the kind words, glad you enjoyed it! :D

This one had me hooked! Got 75% high score :) What an awesome game! Nice job!

Developer

That's a pretty high score, well done! Glad you liked it! :)

Got 54.6% -- Cool game, I wish there were hotkeys for the stuff since I was wasting time clicking the buttons on the right, but other than that, great! Honestly no idea what you could do to expand on this idea, but I'd love to see it lol (subtle nudge to please update this after the jam wink wink)! Other than that, if you have the time, we'd appreciate if you took a look at our game (fellow ant jam game!)

Developer

Nice score! Thanks for the kind words and the feedback! I'm always up for a fellow ant game, so I'm heading over yours :)

Neat little game, I like the gameplay loop of constantly micro managing between growing the ant colony and getting rid of termites. One thing I would change is to add hot keys like 1,2,3 to the insect selections and also give them sound effects when their cooldowns are off.

Developer

Thanks for the kind words and the feedback! Hot keys will come in the next update. I actually tested some sound effects for cooldowns and for insect placement, but it got too noisy too quickly :( I'm not an SFX expert myself, so if you (or anyone) has advice on how to add those SFX in a pleasant and useful way, please let me know!

Great game ! The theme is well implemented, however wish there were some key bindings to make it easier to switch between types of bugs, however it still is really amusing ! Keep up the good work :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I agree, key bindings must come in the next update :)

this game sound great!! Also your game page

is clean and better than my game page... maybe I should learn from you

Developer

Thanks a lot, happy that you enjoyed it! :)

Nice idea! it was hard for me to get a good score haha (managed only 65% x)), but it was a fun small experience! Congratulation for making this!

Developer

Thank you, glad you had fun! I must say, in my experience,  60-80% is quite a good score :)

Submitted

love the simple visuals of the game, looks very clean. wish the different bug types had keybinds (press 1, 2, 3 to switch), but it was still fun!

Developer

Thank you for the kind words! I sadly forgot to implement key bindings, but it will come in a future update :)

Real great concept ! I like the fact that it as practically no art yet the feel of what is going on is there. As a programmer that only knows how to code, it shows that I can make a game that works without mush sprites if I don't find available artists for a jam and if I find a clever enough concept :)

Developer

Thanks for the kind words! Indeed, from the simple artwork you can tell I'm a programmer too ;)

Amazing idea and gameplay! This looks simple but it requires fast judgement and high APM in order to win. Also the random level makes it very replayable.

Developer

Thanks a lot for the kind words! At first I was worried that randomness would make it feel unfair, but I think now it is working well. Hope you are having fun with it :)

Simple and fun, it reminds me of classic flash games like plague 2, haha. Nice job!

Developer

Thanks! :) Glad you had fun!

Very happy to see an ant related game. It's easy to understand and play, good job!

Developer

Thanks a lot!

I wish there was a mode without the time limit. There is something really satisfying about seeing your colony grow

Developer(+2)

I agree, that mode will surely come in the next update :) Thanks for the feedback!

I could get lost in this for hours, really well executed, great use of the theme and most importantly.... FUN :D

+1 for fellow Ant Game 🐜🐜🐜

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot, happy you are enjoying it! <3

Fun and unique idea. I would love to see more buy types added in future. GG!

Developer

Thank you for the kind words! I will keep your suggestion in mind for future updates :D

Super interesting game! Judging by the Gifs posted, my game was running on super low framerate. Compared to the Gifs, I was barely advancing.

Really cool game though! I love simulation games :D

Developer

Thank you! I hope you enjoyed despite the low framerate :) (may I ask in what OS and browser were you running it? I had some issues on Safari but Chrome worked well for me)

Windows 10, and Firefox <3

This is really cool. Adore the music.

Developer

Thanks! :D

Really liked how arcade style it felt. All it really needs is a mode where you just complete the entire map and hotkeys.

Developer

Glad you liked it! I agree, a more chilled out mode should be added in the next update :)

Heyo even though it's pretty simple, that was pretty fun!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it! :D

Great game! I wonder if 100% is possible?

Developer

Thank you! :) The best I have seen is 89%, let me know if you manage to do 100%!
