A neat take on the theme! The commitment to the bit with the cursor - even going so far as to make it go and click to unlock its own upgrades as the basis of difficulty progression - was just delightful.

Like others have said, it would've felt better if the player character were a little less floaty, though obviously that's part of the difficulty in its own way. But I had a ton of fun with the game, and would love to see it refined and expanded upon!

✔️ This probably is the best use of the theme I've seen all jam! This really feels like a "roles reversed" game, taking mechanics that would normally be in a clicker game and flipping them on their head. The attention to detail with the clicker going over and actually selecting upgrades was a really nice touch!

✔️ Easy to learn + intuitive controls.

➖ While the floaty movement did make the gameplay more interesting, it may have been just a bit too floaty.

⭐ Overall: nice job!

PS: We would be very grateful if you could rate our game before the deadline 😵.

Pretty cool game, It does take bit too long to accelerate. Overall good game.

This is a creative idea! I think the slow acceleration and deceleration movement works well for this you really have to commit in order to ram into your friends and save them. It would be nice to have a little more control over the character though because currently it is very floaty. Also I noticed that I kept getting stuck on the sides, which I realize now is because all of the velocity I gained was still pushing my into the wall after I already hit it. But other than the issues I had with the player controls, it's a fun game and I like the idea of trying your best to help your friends from getting clicked :)

Thank you for your feedbacks! I couldn't think of setting velocity to zero whenever you hit walls, thank you for this idea I'll definitely use that in later games. Floaty controls, as I said in other reply, is mostly intended because you'll get a powerup for better character controls but maybe I should've make it less floaty in the start of the game.

Really creative idea. Love how the enemy buys power-ups. Also gives you a good incentive to help the other bugs. Great Job!

I suck at this, but I love the idea. The sheer panic I felt when the cursor went over and got an upgrade was amazing lol :)

An anti-clicker is a cool idea, I like the fact you have to also stop your allies being clicked and prevent further point loss, the art is fairly nice too. I didn't see any powerups though and the movement was a touch floaty. Would have been nice to have some other ways to save your friends besides crashing into them too.

Had a fun few minutes, although I sucked and didn't get particularly far. Good job :D

Thanks for your feedback! Powerups for player comes in every 60 seconds so you need to survive at least a minute to see them and floaty movement is -mostly- intended because you can get speed powerup to control your character better. I had another ideas to save other bugs but we couldn't make it in time.
