Interesting ideas here, clearly a lot of polish. You made your own art and music in 48 hours and they establish a consistent tone which is nice. Even though the mechanics are simple, the camera shake and the hit sound does a lot to make the hits satisfying. The only gripe I have is I wish there was an easier way to learn how to play without reading. Pretty great submission for 48 hours!
I would love to have your rating / comments on my game as well, so I can know what to improve.

The art is nice. However, I couldn't pass the first level for a long time.
Such a cool little concept, I love the art style and the music. My only gripe would be to just give the player an interactive tutorial instead of giving him a wall of text to read, but that's just a minor inconvenience

The game is a lot of fun, with a really nice joining mechanic. Would be good to have more of an indication of when people are tied up, and to have more use for the dog, but this was really fun to play, and I want to keep going.
