Incredible game! Loved the attention to little things like lighting and the sound effects on the hookshot. The soundtrack is absolutely mind blowing for such a short time period, if I had one minor gripe it would be that the songs reset at the end of each level and I wanted to listen to them all the way through, but I know getting music to play continuously across multiple scenes can be a deceptively difficult task depending on which engine you use. Loved this one, great job!

Nice and fun little experience. I loved the sound design and how it was linked to the use of the grappling hook. Puzzles gave me multiple options to complete them and often it made me feel like I was "outsmarting" the game by coming up with my own method, which is a very good thing because it allows a player to feel more connected to the gameplay experience.

I would suggest that the grapple hook need not be necessary when push/pulling crates in melee range as its a little distracting to be wielding around this now rigid rope, however that is a very minor nitpick.

Loved it, would love to see more.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm really glad you enjoyed it! We're planning on updating the game once the rating period ends, so we'll keep that feedback about pushing boxes manually in mind.

Very cool indeed my furry friend! The sound effects were amazing, got that old school 1960 - 70 somethin vibes. Gameplay is pretty cool and the puzzles are nicely done. Great job amigo! edit. i also love the art lol

Awesome! I'd love to see more puzzle mechanics in this one. Definitely liked the way each new mechanic was introduced.

Developer

I'm glad you had fun! We actually had more puzzle mechanic ideas but they had to be cut for time, unfortunately. The main puzzle mechanic we left out was dogs that would run back and forth that you can pull to get them to push boxes for you. Maybe we'll update it with new features... I'll never tell :P

Absolutely! I understand the time-crunch for a jam :) I was impressed that you showed off so many different mechanics as it was. I'll be keeping an eye out for more updates on this one if you do get a chance to expand it.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm sorry about the glitch, I've seen that one here and there and we couldn't quite nab it in time, but thank you for letting us know!

Great music and visual style!

Also, grappling hook sounds help to deliver the atmosphere.
