perfect !!!!! make it a series please please!

Developer

of course. I am already preparing it

Submitted

It is a solid game, with a lot of potential. The octopuses are very annoying ( maybe they should move a little slower because the moment you turn the light on they just run towards you forcing you to turn it off immediately ) and the obstacles are a bit closer than they should be in my opinion, especially since you can't see all the time. That being said, with some tweaks, it could become a great exploration game. Great job!

Developer

I agree with you. his version is quite hard to play. I did few tweaks to the game but couldn't upload till the jam ends. Specially with the octopuses, I reduced their trigger distance as well as now they'll move away once the light is off. And added "boid movement" which I discovered very recently. also I increased the visibility of map and reduced the camera zoom to show more area. I'll upload the updated version as soon as the jam is over. :)

Submitted

I will come back to play the updated version after the jam.

Couldn't reach the end because of the octopuses, but very very fun to play !

Great game!

Developer

Thank you

A bit difficult and I felt the connection to the theme was a tad weak. Very topical (albeit a tad distasteful considering people died). I think if you genericize the game, a cute little submarine game would be fun!

Developer

I was thinking about that at first, and I agree, cute little sub-game would fit well. But in the other hand, there are lot of war games & simulations based on actual scenarios/ catastrophes. I never meant to disrespect the passengers by any means & I'm really sorry if you felt uncomfortable with that.

Submitted

Most aspects of the game complements its other. It's a great game that has potential.

Overall great game keep up the good work.

Developer

Thank you

A game that fits the graphics, sound and theme. It was so wonderful.

I love the art, and the mechanics are simple and easy to jump straight into

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much. I just went through your game as well. It is awesome :)

⚠️ Important note:

Thanks for checking out. If you're playing "the Titan Adventure", it is an on & off game.

So you have to turn on the light to see obstacles & enemies. But it attracts enemies towards you.

🔴 When an enemy is attacking you, you just have to switch off the lights and memorize & avoid near by obstacles and move away.

So it is a stealth game.

REMEMBER, switching on & off is the key. Explore the area and find the shipwreck hidden behind the sea grass. Tip: it's at the bottom left corner of the map.

Good game theme it's pretty fun it's a bit hard but a very good game

Developer(+1)

I likes the particle effects for the bubbles. The explosion was fun too. Added to the drama! Well done both of u 👏

Developer

Thank you for checking out. We both had fun designing all of these.. :D

The game is too dark to do anything I didn't rate cuz I can't play it

Developer

Thanks for checking out. If you're playing "the Titan Adventure", it is an on & off game. So you have to turn on the light to see obstacles & enemies.  Since it's underwater deep in the sea, sunlight doesn't penetrate and veryy dark. :)

But it attracts enemies towards you. 🔴 When an enemy is attacking you, you just have to switch off the lights and memorize & avoid near by obstacles and move away.

Cool concept, at first I struggled a lot then I get the hang of it and could finish it! Nice graphics, congratulations 🎉

Also it's so beautiful that you are a couple working together.

Developer

Hi! Thanks for playing and commenting my work. Congratulations for your submission too. I will play it soon. :)

Great concept! I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game. However, the camera is positioned a bit too close to the vehicle.

Developer(+1)

Hi! Thanks for playing and commenting my work. Congratulations for your submission too. I will play it soon. :)

I was thinking about the camera position (scale) to show a much boarder perspective, but it will make the game more easier since the player can see the map at once. Anyway in the later stages, I will make it easier (show more map) in the first levels and eventually make it harder

Submitted

I believe you could find inspiration from a game like Hungry Shark, which boasts impressive level design that aligns well with your theme. While playing your game, I noticed that the camera might be too close or the environment elements might be positioned too tightly together. This observation could potentially be addressed to enhance the overall gameplay experience.

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I was actually modifying the game and I reduced the zoom to 80% and 70% when collisions (so it's kinda dynamic zoom). Win and game over goes to 50%. This also looks looks cool with more map on the screen so the grass beds and stuff looks fantastic. I also add some rotor sounds, timers, much more improvements, but I'm waiting till the jam is over to update the game.

Wow, Really good game. 9/10

Developer

Thank you.

Developer

Hello! can you rate the game on submissions page as well. Thanks

Submitted

did that before you ask, your welcome.

Submitted(+1)

really cool but i don't understand

Developer

You have to turn on and off the light to move through the obstacles and pass the enemies

Developer

Yes the submersible has a light, when you switched on, you can see the obstacles and enemies, as well as it attracts enemies to the submersible. So you have to turn off the light to survive.

Hello! This is my first game jam. Hope you'll like this!! :)
