I also included this game in an article of my favorites here!
Lovely looking game, super well made! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the GBJam 5 games, if you'd like to take a look :)
So far this game has sucked away my time more than any other gbjam 5 titles. Oh how I wish there were a save!!!
AWESOME
About 5:00am-ish (ingame), the game throws an error and ends; I got the following stderr output by running it in a command prompt.
Not Sound
AL lib: (EE) alc_cleanup: 1 device not closed
Error after opening sound data
Other than that, It's a really fun game; I'd like to be able to go further with it.
Game crashed when I tried to pick up a giant pile of cursed bones
Lovely art and great gameplay and soundtrack. Sometimes I've had problems to go up or down with my xbox controller.
This was a lot of fun. It's a pretty clever twist on the typical harvest moon game, growing crops that you have to fight!
Awesome. Feels great to play. Sadly the game crashed while i was harvesting my skeletons... =s
Really solid idea! I feel like if it were a full game, the progression would need to much more gradual, though for the jam it's kind of nice to be able to quickly rush through things. Unfortunately, the game crashed when I killed the enemies in the top-left casket in the graveyard area, but I was having a good time until then!
btw, you should probably upload the windows and mac builds as separate zips.
I am unable to rate this game because I have not submitted my own entry but, if I could, i would rate it highly.
I was actually enjoying this a lot until game crashed with an error when I got my candles and exit from top. Anyway I really like the idea of having everything designed and with a purpose. Graphics are super cool either. I would really like to see it till the end but there are too many games to rate. You should plan on fixing the bugs and making this a full release.
