Neat, unique game! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the GBJam 5 games, if you'd like to take a look :)

Really fun game! Such a shame it doesnt have audio.

A really original idea, never thought about combining those two generes.

The art was really great. Keep up the good work :)

Love your pixel art in this, and everything is solid. Wish there was sound, but it's a game jam, so something had to go, I'm sure. Great entry!

Looks good and the card / tower defense is an original idea, enemy speed are maybe too slow ?

nicely done.

@Happy Honu Games, You can scroll the camera left and right by pressing A and D. Enemies don't spawn until the previous wave dies or gets through. You sure that isn't what happened?

So I got to wave 2 and the game just stopped spawning enemies. Like there was nothing happening. My towers were spinning, but no enemies would appear and I still had 2 lives. Also, having no sound really hurts the experience. Such a shame, since Tower defense games seem rare for this jam.

I got every tile covered with a tower, with tons of magic towers and slows on the first screen. Wave 40 and still going hahaha. Love this game!

Saw you livestream this man, it was great.

Tried the game out, it's got pretty good gameplay.

Lovely presentation and spritework in-game and despite the lack of sound I had a good playthrough to around level 11 there which was pretty nice! The mouse controls marred the gameboy-ness of the game for me a bit but yeah, a nice entry overall.
