Enjoyed your game. Like others mentioned (and you noted), had a hard time with that slingshot, but managed to get the hang of it regardless. Graphics and music were good. Great job.

Developer

So glad you enjoyed it. Yes, that slingshot. . . . lol . . . my nightmare right now. Glad you enjoyed the graphics and music.

I rated 5 on sound!

Thanks so much!

I liked the art! Some of the buttons didn't work, and sometimes the quality of the text wasn't clear, but I really liked the knockback and the screenshake of getting hurt.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Do you remember which buttons didn't work. I'll take a look.

the retry button and the back button once you hit credits.

Fun game, I really like the artwork. I couldn't figure out how to aim and sometimes the character wouldn't turn in the direction I was moving. Other than that, good job!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. That's helpful to know about the character facing issues.

Cool idea and I like your take on the "life" aspect of the theme. The visuals are nice! Good job on the submission!

Developer

Thanks! I was going to originally name the character "Life" as well, but I thought let's just make the game about creating life. :-)

Is there a restart button? I keep on dying XD

Developer

Sadly, I didn't have enough time to code  one in  . . . Sorry about that. I got too carried away with enemy types.

So cool, I wish there were more scenarios.

Developer

Thanks! Me too. I had 6 planned but had to scrap them all because I was down to the last hour before the deadline. The plan was to have the character learn the base tools, then find the branch of life, then learn how to unlock crystals. Eventually you would unlock the survival mode, which is what you are playing now (with variations of it available). Hopefully I can add those after the jam.

Enjoyed your game a lot, friend! I've left my rating. Can you please try my game and give it a rating?

Developer

Thanks! I'll definitely try yours out as soon as I can. :-)

Looks really good. I like the amount of interaction there is, though I found it a little difficult to aim my weapon. This could be something really cool. Keep up the great work!

Developer

Thanks! That slingshot has been giving me lots of fits--sorry.  I'm working on a hotfix patch for it. Thanks for your feedback!

Cool game! I found the Life-Staff in my third try :P Before I was wondering how i can get the green!

If you have time, play and rate mine, too please :P

Developer

Thanks! Yeah, I was hoping to make a tutorial, with aN easier path for finding items and using them, but I ran out of time and had to dump them all into a sandbox... lol. Just played your game--it's SWEET!!

I like it! Good job.

Developer

Thanks! I appreciate your comment. :-)

I really liked the game mechanic and concept. It's really pull me to hit everything. Haha. Nice art!

Developer

Thanks so much, SetsunaHelmi. I appreciate the comment. I am surprisingly bad at my own game, so I am sure you did better than me, lol.
