awesome game! The  detective /suspense story is very immersive ,also great storytelling!  The interaction between the player and the characters is well done , overall I enjoyed playing this one! congratulations! keep it up!

Things I liked:

-story, voice-acting, plot - everything was masterfully done!

-exploring the world and coming back to different places to see if based on new info, if things changed- building a story

-2D art was incredible- and there was so much! Well done!

-Dialogue and interaction system felt like a full fledged game- very well polished!

Things to improve:

-time: what was its significance? I did not know until the end. Sometimes it skipped a few numbers at a time. There should be a way to end sooner in case you have everything figured out

-did I get the ending correct? Not sure, so feedback would be nice

-I was unsure my objective and if I found all the evidence or not, so some way to inform the player if they need to keep exploring, have 90% of evidence found, or what they need to find next. Choose a system and go for it as I think that will help a lot with player understanding.

Overall:

Awesome game with so much polish! I am excited to hear you are continuing development! Keep me updated when you publish more! I am in full support- this is awesome!!

If you get a chance, it would be awesome if you could check out and rate my game as well!

I am unable to rate this amazing little gem of a game because I failed to submit a project. Your page mentioned that this is only the first chapter of a more complete experience that is hopefully in the future, could you elaborate for those like myself interested?

First, let me thank you for taking the time to try out our little project here!  It is greatly appreciated!

We have scattered notes and development plans that will include 4 chapters and a 5th conclusion experience.  We're on a much needed break this week, but the plan and goal from the team is to finish the initial vision.

I've always loved aesthetic like this and you executed it so well. The controls could use a bit of tuning but overall I enjoyed the experience :) Also chuckled when I read his comment about the catholics LOL.

So I think I don't know if I chose the correct answer, game just keeps repeating the selection dialogue after time ends and now I'm intrigued.  Other than that, I just want to say that the game is amazing. Love it. I got me hooked for sure. You guys nailed the aesthetics and narrative for sure. Keep it up!

Yes! Its totally normal! Unfortunately we had a bit of trouble getting the end sequence working right so that's how it ends. For now. :)

Glad you enjoyed your playthrough! We were hoping to nail the intrigue and the mood over everything else :D
