Fun game to play and interesting mechanics!
Interesting mechanic! I loved the concept but the controls are hard to master. And I didnt see a volume slider. Congrats on your first game jam! I cannot wait to see what you do next!
Very interesting mechanic, congrats!
Nice job on your entry! I liked the ghost mechanic forcing the player to hover upwards temporarily as a mechanic for puzzle platforming.
Fun game! Interesting ghost concept used to get past levels.
I found this to be really hard. I couldn't really find out how to die after initially falling. the game seems really fleshed out for a game jam game and I loved the music. It took me forever to get to level 2 and then fell to level 1 immediately.
Hi there. Congratulations on completing the jam! Here are my thoughts on the game:
First of all dying here is waaaay too easy. If we so much as touch a wall, we immediately die. That is how we progress, but it also means the game's pacing is way too stop-and-go-ish. So, I'd suggest toning that down a little bit. Maybe focus on finding interesting ways to kill yourself / areas that let you stay longer as a ghost, etc? The game might become a fun puzzle-platformer!
Cheers!
Congratulations on completing the jam! I thought dying to progress was a great take on the theme.
