i love the whole idea itself and the level design
i loved this lab :D i always found 2d puzzle game difficult to desing. but you made it. congrats for submission. it was fun to play
Nice use of colour to make the aesthetics stand out. Also good combination of the story, mechanics and theme. Controls are solid too.
Thanks for playing and for the feedback! The art is definitively something I have to improve!
This is a fun game. Nice story you tell. The controls feel really good. The puzzle are good and not to hard and not too easy. I really enjoyed playing this game. Great Job!
Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
Pretty clever game, more than meets the eye I must say, the only thing I missed here is blood, a lots of blood :)
Beside that, I love the puzzles!
Well done :)
Ah!! All my testers said they missed the blood!! And piles of bodies too! Should totally have put some effort into that… thanks for playing and for the feedback!
Thank you for adding checkpoints! I've seen some other games with this kind of theme but they don't have checkpoints. Great addition.
Ah! No problem! Having the same checkpoints as a mechanic to complete levels helped making that decision! Also, some feedback from friends playing before submission! Lessons learned: let people play your prototypes! Thanks for playing!
Great game for the theme. I think the player moving faster would have been nice, walking all the way back to the last level to die is a bit slow.
Thanks for playing mate! I had the same feedback (slow character) from friends testing the prototype... But I had to make some compromises into how fast he ran, and how far could he jump... Maybe that's something to review once the jam is over! Thanks for the feedback!
Really cool game and embodies the theme well.
Thank you so much for playing! Appreciate the feedback!
It's very fun! It really embodies the theme, congrats. It's quite challenging too!
Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Really appreciate it!
nice game, although I didn't understand how to complete a level after the rotating bars =/
Just remember that the spawn vessels (those machines that open when you cross by) are where you start after dying. You just have to play with that. Have you tried to reach for it in the last challenge? Thanks for playing!
If you're talking about the room right next to the one with the rotating bars
[spoiler below]
, deactivate the floor and jump the reeincarnation pod, then reactivate the floor and die =D[spoiler above]
Nice ambiance! Most of challenges were fare (even though the falling spike made me angry ;-). Interesting story that goes with the theme. And it was Godot made as mine, so nicely done!
Thank you for your feedback! Yeah I was not in the mood of irritating people with never ending challenges. This is my first finished prototype with Godot, so I'm happy with the result! Thanks for your feedback!
Realy nice game, I like the puzzle element. I would make the interactable objects standout a bit more
Thanks mate! I know there are some things to improve, sadly. Maybe after the jam is over I'll collect all the feedback and try to iterate on it! Really appreciate your feedback here!
