That is really one of the best games of the jam! I'd love to play this with lots more levels!

Really great job!

I'm so glad you liked it! I'm currently looking in to the possibilities of a full version so lots more level could be coming in the future.

Thank you for playing. 😊

Wow, what a cool game. I am very impressed what a polished game you were able to provide. Simple but fantastic concept. I really liked that all three levels were very different and that you added the extra challenges. This brings a lot of replay value to the game!

I usually try to provide also some constructive feedback on how to improve the game, but for this entry I only found two minor things:

  • I like the idea that you can use the second mouse button to to delete blocks, but also to rotate it. However, this brings a small problem with it. If you selected a block, but then decide to delete another block you need to first place the block you just selected somewhere before you can delete again. I often just placed in the nowhere and then deleted the block I wanted to delete and the one I had to just place somewhere. On the other hand I also do not have a perfect solution for this... Maybe adding an extra erase button next to the blocks?
  • The music is very relaxing, but I think for this game you could have also used a bit a faster and funny music. It would also fit very well in give the game a completely different vibe.

Congratulations to this amazing entry! Very well done! I think I will definitely come back and try if I can solve all challenges.

Your game is the highlight of my rating session today: https://x.com/Stiggstogg/status/1920209513484779722

Thank you for the detailed comment and posting it on social media!

As for the two minor issues you had, I agree that they could both be worked on in the future if I make a full version. For the first problem, maybe I could have a little trash can appear in the corner of the screen when the player is holding a block to erase it. I believe I've seen something similar in other building games before.

The music was kind of a last minute thing, I was originally going to make my own but didn't have time. I was looking through a bunch or music I had licenses to and could only find cinematic, calm, or chiptune music. I chose the calm music as I thought it fit best, but I would probably make it more cartoony if I did a full version.

Thanks again for playing, I'm really glad you liked the game. 😄

One of my favorite entries in this jam!

The concept is super cool, the graphics are very nice and the music is very relaxing and it's fit very well the vibes of the game.

The physics is very good and the challenges innovative and fun. Honestly there is very few things to say against this game.

I'm just a bit sad there is only three levels 'cause I want more, a lot more!

Congrats to you, it's a very solid entry!

Thank you so much for your kindness!

I am currently working on making a full version. I'm aiming for 50 levels or so, but I'm unsure when it will be done (hopefully within the next year).

Thanks again. Also, I really like your Yoshi avatar. 🙃

P.S. If you have any ideas for the game (levels, fixes, etc) feel free to let me know.

One of the best games I have played for the jam so far! This one was really delightful and I was surprised to see how different each level was! You really went the extra mile with the added replayability of the star system. The only critique I had was that at first the goal wasn't really clear in the tree level. This game is super interesting and original and I am really glad to have played it. Nice work!

Developer

Thank you for all the nice things you said! I'm glad you liked my game. 😄

Sorry that the tree level didn't make sense at first. Maybe I should have put "Hold the tree up" instead of "Fix the tree".
