Good idea, I didn't realize this. Maybe you should put it in the controls on the Itch page in case anyone else has the same issue.

Yeah, I had to rush the game onto Itch and didn't have time to test it first so I forgot to put the sounds on the later enemies (It only takes like two seconds to add the sounds as well 😓).
I'm thankful that the game only has minor issues though and I'll update it shortly after the jam ends to fix all the bugs and add a few more waves. The "Hard mode" is a good idea as well so I might add that as an option.
Thank you for your input, feedback, and playing my lil' game. 🙂
I really like puzzles so I might be biased, but I had a lot of fun playing this game.
The art is beautiful and the fun facts about the animals was fun to read (I even learned some things 😮). The only problem is I don't see how this game fits the theme.
The game is awesome though and you should all be really proud. 😊
Really like the idea of this game where you can build the layout each run. Upgrading abilities and getting new items was a good way to add some variation to each run as well.
I did wish there was a retry/restart button that would end a run as I sometimes got stuck and my jump wouldn't be upgraded enough to get out, but the game itself is really impressive, especially for a jam prject made in 2 weeks.
Great job!👍
Very cool and creative idea! I like the childlike art and that it was about a kids nerf battle, it felt wholesome in a way.
I did have a problem towards the end where I felt like I was walking around an empty map as I couldn't find any enemies/friends, but I eventually found them and beat the game (I may have cheated 🤭).
Really cool game! You don't see many jam games that are multiplayer so it was very unique for a jam game.
I really like the art and colours used (the bunnies are super cute!), and the fact that the light was limited and got dimmer as you lost health gave the game a nice bit of challenge as well.
The only problem I noticed is that the music seemed to cut out after a couple of minutes. Some checkpoints would have been nice as well since I died pretty far into the game and I had to go back to the beginning.
Altogether, a really solid game, especially since it was your first one. 👍👍
Reminds me a little of Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, but I get to be cool and shoot fireballs from the sky. 🙂
As a fan of Greek myths, I really enjoyed this game. I just spammed my powers at first and was wondering why their faith was so low, but I ended up figuring it out in the end and beat the whole game. Great job!
Had a lot of fun with this game. Reminds me of Kill it with Fire, but even more frustrating (in a good way).
You captured the theme really well, the art is way better than it should be for a jam game, and the rock music added to my feelings of pure anger towards that fly.
One of the best games I've played so far in this jam. You guys did a really good job! 😁
The art and audio for this game are top notch, and the little detail like the game screen cracking when a bullet hits it are chef's kiss. If nothing else, this game should win an award for best Itch page as it looks amazing.
Like other commenters I found it hard to see how it fits the theme, but you can see the love put into this game so to that I say bravo! 🎉
I really like the character design, music, and idea of this game, I just found it a little too easy. You can deflect most (if not all) of the bullets by standing right in front of the CEO, and the bowling part is hard to miss with how big the ball can get.
However, I did find it to be a fun and creative game, and I loved the "something cool" at the end. 🕺
I sadly couldn't save the cats... but I got on the LEADERBOARD (for now).
I had a lot of fun with this one, the music made me laugh, and the everything felt really well polished.
If I could give any kind of feedback, it was sometimes hard to see the zombies as some of them are a similar color to the ground, but it didn't bother me that much as I felt it made the game more challenging. 😁
Thank you for the kind words. I'm actually in the middle of developing a full version of this game that goes more in depth to Jesus' life with a LOT more verses/levels as well as other improvements. The world needs more Christian video game, and while this isn't a big game by any means, I hope it will help people and inspire other creators to make games about Christianity and stories from the Bible.
Thanks again!
Hey, another game with a slick guy called Jack! 🙃
This is the only game that I've seen in the jam that interpreted sweat as slick, and it's a very interesting premise too.
Really cool idea! I do wish the vases couldn't be knocked over when on the podiums as a small bump can send them flying, but maybe I'm just bad at the game. 😅
Celeste was obviously a huge inspiration for this game, and it pulls it off very well.
The art and music are very beautiful, the controls are sharp and easy to use, and it was a nice difficulty. That along with the amount of content you managed to make over the course of the jam, bravo! 🎉
The only criticism I have is one another commenter had as well, the wall jump, it just feels like it locks you to the wall sometimes. It wasn't a big deal overall though.
Hey, first game I've seen so far made with Construct 3! That's pretty cool.
I really enjoyed this one, reminded me of old flash games (in the best way possible). The controls are fun and easy to understand, the animations of the main character are slick, and the UI/menu looks really nice too.
Amazing job, especially since you managed to make it in only 3 days. 🙃
I have no words. The art, the music, the gameplay, the controls, everything about this game feels extremely professional and masterfully made. Truly one of the best jam games I've ever played period. I would have finished it, but I couldn't figure out how to use the bluish green fans.
Add a few more levels and you could release this as a full game on all major platforms it's that good.
This is a really good game. I love the idea of a mailbird rushing around to deliver packages at lightning speed and the controls are pretty good as well.
I do however think there should be more going on in the background. I say this because I really liked the art style for the assets you made like the level select map and character, and I don't know if you ran out of time, but I wish the levels were a bit more lively. Also, the music seems to only play at the start of the level for some reason and fades the further away the player get.
I hope this comment doesn't come across as negative as I don't mean to be. As I said before, the game is really good and I think you did a great job (especially for the time given), I'm just trying to give some constructive feedback on how I think it could have been even better.
