It's a nice concept and I could see it being a great game with enough polish, though at its current state I don't feel like the gameplay requires much thought at all, there are tons of ways to make it more involved, as I felt that the biggest problem the game has is that you can pretty much play on autopilot, never giving much thought to anything that is going around you.

But as I said it's a great base for a game that has a lot of potential.

I had fun with this one! Love the random generation, was a nice design choice. Biggest complaint though is the sound effects audio levels. At max volume settings I could barely hear them and it would add a lot to the gameplay if they were increased but glad there were volume settings I could adjust. The gems freaked me out at first too because I thought they were projectiles lol but after the 2nd or 3rd time seeing them I figured out they weren't (maybe because I need more sleep? idk lol).  More enemy types might be a nice addition too but aside from the audio issue, I really enjoyed it!

It's pretty cool that you were able to make a roguelike/lite in such a short amount of time.

There are a few issues: The lack of sound effects hurts the presentation, there is exactly one enemy attack pattern in the entire game, unlocking the last weapon is a bit too grindy for my tastes, and it can take a while to figure out everything that you have to work with.

However, let's put all those issues aside now, since this game is pretty enjoyable as a whole. It controls well. It has a neat idea where you can fly around in your spaceship to avoid enemy fire (super fun, too). The levels are generated nicely. The soundtrack is great. The graphics are good.

This is a flawed but very enjoyable game. I'd recommend everyone participating in the jam to give it multiple tries, since it may take a while to figure out everything the game has to offer (such as the fact that you can re-board your spaceship mid-level at any time).

Very similiar to Nuclear Throne but neat spaceship movements.

Nice choice of color pallete, I like the player movement choice.

Very nice game, good graphics, gameplay and soundtrack
