This was a really amazingly written interactive story! I love how smoothly the game goes from "is this really just a game about repairing a cartride?!" to "oh... oh wow... oh, this is what this is about...". I really hope you finish and polish it up a bit, maybe add some images and definetly add the music. Really well done!

That was super sweet. Reminds me of an old Reddit post I saw about a guy booting up his dad's old blue version and finding out his dad named the starter after him. Of course I went ahead and named mine after my daughter because I'm a sentimental fool.

A quiet tender story that feels very frank and familiar.  The theme is pretty specific but the feelings it evokes are nearly universal.
