oh my gosh the game would have been so much easier if I had known that! Lmao I managed to beat it with dead units littering the battlefield but it would have taken less tries lmao

unfortunately the Pico8 has a set number of tokens and we completely ran out so I'm not sure how much we can tune and change but I'd still love the feedback for the sake of learning. thanks!

fun concept! it's a real gem of an idea that could make a really fun game with more time for polish

I can't get past the jump near the second hedgehog, if i jump from the lower platform i can't jump high enough. and if i jump from the higher platform i bump my head and can't make the gap.

after several minutes of confusion i realized the goal was to draw roads. for the first couple games i drew all the roads and died pretty quickly; i thought "there is no interesting decision" then I realized you could remove roads! suddenly the game shifted from poorly tutorialized to poorly tuned:
- the right side is twice as far from the arrows so it takes twice as long to arm
- the towers do not start covering any of the gate and it takes several minutes to make the range large enough to include the gate; so once you start taking damage it's over.
- there are too many monsters. it needs to start slower and increase linearly
- other tower defense games give you a lot longer to start damaging enemies and usually allow you to start damaging them very far away from the tower.  I would make all the towers have max range and make the one hut only increase the rate of fire and the other increase damage.

I wasn't actually queued your game for review but I thought it looked cute so i played it anyway! I love my pet snails <3

considering getting a gameboy cart for this because it was really funny. we made our game in Pico 8 so I appreciate the pixel style. really really fun 10/10 and making sure my collaborators see this game

the only question I have is where is the Magical Girl transformation? fun levels, I especially loved the billiards break and the car smashing (I'm a Street Fighter girlie)

stand out as one of the best game's visually I've rated thus far. the puzzles are a little samey so i wish the free music mode wasn't locked behind it; in a commercial release a couple puzzles with missing dots, or the dial turns the opposite direction or something would be really cool. i did appreciate the music though and I hope you develop this into something bigger

the coloring book tutorial is very very nice! very self explanatory.

I don't understand why i suddenly started stomping very loudly occasionally but otherwise the game was straight forward. 

I don't personally love stealth horror so when I say I wouldn't buy it that shouldn't imply that other people share my opinion

The game was fun and a cute and clever idea. The controls made sense and it was obvious what I needed to do. 
it might be fun if your vision distance was shorter, like a real mole, but with a little bit more time to escape the farmer, and places you couldn't dig up or down; so there would be multiple game loops of scout, grab, run.
as for bugs, I got soft locked in a situation where the farmer was frozen and the pumpkin I needed to collect didn't exist.

i was able to put out two of the five fires i saw, and none of the sparky emergencies.  the yaw rotation is also a bit too fast. however the game is very pretty and i understood the concept right away. has a lot of potential if you ever go on to make it a full game!

I don't understand why the purple hands killed my racoons, and if I'm not allowed to feed the purple hands where do I put the food that the racoons don't want?
otherwise I love the game. the racoons are so cute! i love the idea of a conveyor belt restaurant for racoons.

The comic on your page was super cute, but would be better as a cutscene at the beginning of the game. The game play didn't seem to have anything to do with sleep, but that's because I couldn't get past any of the first obstacles so maybe i have to assasleepinate wakeful people later in the game?  the FOV had a lot to do with the difficulty of the parkour, and when i did manage to get onto the swinging bar I got instantly motion-sick. It would do well as a 3rd person game, however I did love Mirrors Edge so you might be able to fix it with FOV adjustments and maybe some player hands; or another option could be to only switch to 3rd person when swinging. Or maybe make the collisions for obstacles more forgiving?

The game was fun! as for self-explanation I don't understand why I would ever want to be in the envelope form.

The sounds were the best part. My only downside is that I will never be able to save those poor eatted sheepies! :,(
I had one issue with sheep going off screen, i was able to catch them when they came back but I could see this being a problem in a commercial release.

Had fun with you game! here are some self-explanations that weren't clear;

the full screen is larger than my computer monitor, I didn't figure out how to fitit until my third play though

i had no idea what the jelly beans were for until my second play through

i couldn't figure out the controls were WASD until after i tried both arrows and mouse

I didn't know when the magnet would run out, and i wasn't sure if anything stacked.

This is unbelievable. Can't be a jam game! I love your progress pictures on Discord and this turned out amazing! I'm sad it's only a vertical slice; so you better make a full FPS or RPG someday soon (even if it's not vampires!)
