Interesting use of RPGMaker!

I'm not sure if there's a story there but I opened a bunch of card packs!

Some improvement suggestions:

- I wish the game would scale up when set in fullscreen. All the beautiful art and funny texts on the cards were too tiny to fully appreciate on my high resolution screen.

-Definitely consider adding a gallery mode. I saw another comment mention it too.

- Gameplay is very limited and repetitive. Would be nice to have something else to do or a variation in D.A.D. dialogue as the game progresses.

Good job, team!

Fun card collecting game! It's cool how you have multiple effects depending on the rarity of each card. I'd love to see all of the different artwork somewhere as some look really good! The short story of Doki getting more and more addicted was funny.

Just 1 more and then I got new cards again so I open another pack just in case and the cycle goes on. Very cozy game and I love the artworks so much! Wish the texts were as tad bigger tho coz they are funny and I can't read the others clearly

I was so scared when I clicked 'no' and the card pack icon didn't disappear... I thought I'd lost all my cards!

Edit: I did not expect that ending XD

The game was really simple and not much gameplay-wise, but I absolutely loved all of the cute art and the little story! Please tell me there's an archive on twitter or something to look at later in higher quality!

Entered a jam and now I’m addicted to opening card packs, thanks xD!

Ah, the slippery slope of TCG gambling. The art on the cards are cool and funny, but most of the references are lost on me. I enjoyed the animations before each card, but I wasn't able to decipher which were good or not (although the purple dark one was pretty obvious). There was not much indication that I had to keep opening packs to continue, but that being the only thing to do in this game, I got pigeonholed. Not much interesting in terms of gameplay, but it definitely is an visual novel.

Days turned into weeks, opening pack after pack wondering if I was being trolled or not. In the end, I learned a lesson that gambling is fun. Cute game, love all the artwork.

love ittt! i really like how chill the game was; just looking at some cool art and watching doki go crazy. it has that rpg maker charm that i personally love. i loved seeing the different concepts of each card and the funny little descriptions (although the text was very small and hard to read!). i thought it was a really cool concept and the art is obviously amazing!

Fantastic art <3. The music was also pretty nice and chill, fits the game.

Some minor feedback:

- I would still add info about inputs. Only later on I noticed that Space key can also be used.

- This type of game would greatly benefit from having a sort of gallery with all the cards (and not yet seen ones in grey). Much better replayability imo. Also some "New!" text about cards that I did not see yet could increase focus when spamming pack openings (so I won't miss that juicy art).

Minor Bug: Choosing to not open the pack results in the pack being constantly displayed. It can be workarounded by selecting the spot with the machine again and opening a pack so not a blocker or anything

Thank you so much! We actually did plan to have a binder feature where you could view all of your obtained cards, unfortunately we just ran out of time for it since we were finishing up card artwork last minute</3
