How does your game fit into the theme?
I think it fits symbolically. I always considered life a series of chain reactions that start from the beginning of one's life. The different worlds and atmospheres are meant to show the ups and downs of life and how all of these parts are connected to each other.

This gameplay is annoyingly difficult, Might as well make Kaizo platformer.

Hello! I made the first areas pretty difficult for the sake of giving the illusion that it would be a rage bait game, and then shifting into a more story based game.  However, I do understand the frustration with the lack of checkpoints. Regardless, thank you for playing my game!

I've already reached part 4 without dying, but it gets annoying when you have to restart from the beginning.

So, it would be better to either add multiple checkpoints or make a health bar to sustain more damage than being dead on the first hit.

It sure is a difficult one. I honestly wish that the player didn't have to walk through the short tutorial screen after every time they fall, as it does add up with time. But I do enjoy the art, and frankly seeing the little tomatoes going around made me think that maybe for the next Doki Jam, I need to make sure Doki can gooba stomp some enemies ^^'

Hello! Thank you for playing my game! I figured making it difficult in the beginning would give a false sense that the game would be a rage game. That, and there was no checkpoint system. I tried to give the impression that the tutorial world was waking up, since every time the player got hit, it would say "you fell" and respawning would say "get up".  I tried to make a metaphor for life and how the waking up is a part of that repetition.  Honestly there are many layers left too vague and up to interpretation. But yeah a better tutorial about the tomatoes would have been better.

Amazing. Atmosphere is certainly the biggest strength of this game

Pretty hard game. I like the dialogue that's constantly going on. But I wish there was a checkpoint system as getting hit once makes you start at the beginning. The music was nice though and fit quite well.

Hello! Thanks for playing my game! I intentionally made the game without a checkpoint system to symbolize how life doesn't have checkpoints so neither does the game. This was inconvenient for others so I understand the frustration.
