Love the hand-drawn look! The character changing after losing health is a great touch. For a future release, would love to see a larger room, as well as a spawn animation for enemies, as a lot of the hits I took ending up being because of spawning into enemies.
We're glad you enjoyed it! The player does gain invincibility frames at the start of every level to avoid taking unfair hits (because we didn't have time to make an actual fix), but if you are in fact losing a heart because of enemies spawning on you then we'll definitely look into fixing that. I thought the art work was wonderful, and the game is fun to boot!
That first cutscene is hilarious
that's a good game, but there is a bug on movement! sometimes the character gets stuck and you have to release the button and press another movement button again in order to be able to move
