Very interesting experience held back by its unintuitive design, some performance issues, and blocking gameplay branches. After using the elevator and then jumping off the top level (accidentally, I was trying to explore a vent), I couldn't recall the elevator. I think this held me back? I was also unable to get into the vent in the closet off the admin room, so I couldn't explore that path. Besides the hacking tool and the womb room, I didn't find any keycards to advance my progress. Perhaps using the hacking tool to get into the admin room was the wrong choice, but it's not clear. At least half a dozen times the game would stutter for 30 seconds or more - twice during combat - which was pretty frustrating. Overall, I would love to come back to this if the performance issues were cleaned up and a few more hints about where to go sprinkled throughout, but as it stands I don't plan on finishing it.
Super impressive entry! Got a little stuck, will have to come back and try again at some point, but the scale and detail here was incredible.
Yo that was sick as hell. I managed to beat it after some time. Some things it did really good is the feeling of exploration, different items and their use, the map design and the secret passageways and environmental puzzles. CNS at 100% didn’t seem to do anything? The bolt gun IS required to beat the game and it took me a long while to figure out how to operate it. Wish the monsters had sound as well, the ragdolls were cool though.
Really well done, incredible art, models, audio and all! The gameplay was great, being all alone in this space is horrifying. Jumped out of my skin as a turret got me! The inventory system looks great and functions smoothly too! Insane work!
I'm always so impressed with what you manage to achieve in only 2 weeks. This game is no different. Really incredible the scope of gameplay here, even tiny things that most jam games (and even major games) would neglect like oil(?) leaking from a barrel that has been struck by the ice pick.
Wow I am so impressed by this game! The atmosphere, the graphics, the mechanics it was all so well put together! This game is a really cool adventure with tons exploration to be done, a la metroidvenia style which really peaked my attention, i think this game is one of the top in my list.
The only thing I would say is the lack of more sounds or maybe a musical score in some sections would have enhanced it even more but aside from that it was very efective! Great job!
