An interesting short story. My biggest gripe is that the game didn't seem to capture my mouse, so with multiple monitors my cursor was constantly flying around my other screens as I moved around in the game. Bar this, I think it would have been cool to have a little more problem solving involved (for instance, having the axe be elsewhere other than right in front of the obstacle that requires the axe to progress ... this would encourage exploration). Otherwise, good stuff. Was a cool self-contained story.

The idea is quite interesting and the graphics are simple but perfect for the story it wants to tell, but perhaps the execution could have been better. At times it felt like a walking simulator, yet the gameplay with obstacles and pieces to collect was quite good. I would have liked to see more of that!

Thanks for playing. The idea was to add more puzzles, but we didn’t have much time to work on the project, so we could only make these two.

cool world but i feel like the traversal itself isn't that interesting, maybe using the wooden logs more or some other obstacles could have been nice. appart from that the atmosphere and overhaul aesthetic are really well done

Thanks for playing. We were trying to add more gameplay, but we didn’t have much time, so the game ended up really small.

Nice game, it has a good eerie atmosphere. One thing it was hard to read the white text on some of the prompts because it was blending with the torchlight.

Thanks for playing. That’s something we’ll care much more about in the next games.
