Yes! having options to attack or dodge. i like the progression as well. also the progression of trex into chicken with robot feet haha.
Poultry Rampage is an absurdly fun side-scroller. As an angry chicken on a mission of vengeance against evil cacti, the game nails the absurdity and humour from the very first moment. The chicken’s animations are fantastic—there’s a certain cartoonish charm to the way it moves and reacts, and the destruction animations, especially when blasting through obstacles, and using your beak are a highlight.
The gameplay itself offers an interesting progression system with upgrades that keep you motivated. The feeling of jumping, shooting, stomping, and flying through waves of cacti is incredibly satisfying. It also has that addictive "just one more run" allure, which keeps you coming back for more.
The sound effects are on point, adding to the frantic and comical atmosphere, and the music sets the tone perfectly for the mayhem. The cutscene at the start deserves a special mention—it’s an absolute standout and really kicks off the game with a bang.
Overall, Poultry Rampage is definitely worth playing.
Nice idea, it was funny to get all the upgrade and the fact that are consumables adds a new layer of challenges, but at the same time motivation to keep playing even after have purchased the majority, if not all, the upgrades.
You can definitely monetise it in game portals!

It took me a while, but I did it!
I really enjoyed this game, both for the reference to the dino game and for the very clean gameplay, as well as for the totally crazy animation of our chicken!
In short, a very good game and a great time playing it. Well done!

I can't take credit for chicken animations though, they're an asset I bought: https://segnah.itch.io/chickenpack
Still, it took me many hours to adjust them to the game. Each animation frame has around a dozen image points for wearable items that I had to set manually.
The cutscene is GOD tier. Sprite work and animations are GOD tier too. Specially like the destroying thingies animations.
The SFX are AWESOME, the Upgrades are FUN, game is really fun. What to say? This game is top.
Fun little throwback to the classic Dino game, I loved playing it on my school chromebook back in the day! This game needs to get published out there!
